The remotes kinda suck and there's no automatic zero gravity setting which is annoying (though you can set it yourself and save it to memory). I was always sore and tired during the day. Imagined this is what insomnia must feel like. There were nights I wanted to cry, I was so tired but couldn't sleep. We had a queen bed with a Tuft and Needle mattress. Back sleeping hurt my lower back, elevating my legs with a pillow was ok but not great. A long time side sleeper, my physio recommended I switch to my back due to a couple of health issues.
